If you use the space primarily as a launching pad for exploring, it's perfect. Only dinged one star overall because the description stated that it had a hot tub, which it does not. The owner was kind enough to help us try to fix the Keurig when it failed after one cup."

"This was generally a really nice place to stay. It definitely isn't the type of hotel room that you spend a lot of time in, but its Moab and there is so much to do that you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel anyway. The location is ideal. Just 1 block off of main street and in the center of town means that we walked everywhere we wanted to go in town. "This property is located in downtown Moab. So, it is convenient walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Even though it's downtown, it was quiet--with a bubbling stream providing soft "white noise" if you have the windows open."
