“A lovely home and property in rural Potter County -- ideal location between Cherry Springs and the PA Grand Canyon. Best to plan your arrival before dark to navigate to property. Two bedrooms are private areas (with door) while one is in the open area upstairs. Was not an issue for our stay, but if you have any light sleepers in your party, bring earplugs. “Emporium is an old town so we knew ahead of time the home was going to be older. I think they did a nice job bringing it up to date considering its age. Beds were fairly comfortable. The detergent used for the comforter was a bit strong. Fridge's water/ice machine didn't seem to work but there was fresh water in the fridge for us guests.
