“The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. We had to call the administrator of the place from the train station, after we had checked out, because our son had left his phone inside and Amelie, who also spoke English was very respectful, understanding, and……

“Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern dort,es reicht vollkommen aus mit Schlafsofa und Bett,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Gegend schreckt im ersten Moment ab,aber es war total ruhig und sicher.Wir können die Appartements nur weiterempfehlen .lg”

“Es gab Schwierigkeiten mit der Kommunikation zwischen Hotels.com, Amex_Kartenzahlung und Yuma-Hotel. Es war ein ziemlicher Aufwand die Situation zu klären und endlich den Zugangscode zum Zimmer zu bekommen.”

“No soap for kitchen, no soap for dishwasher, no soap for laundry, no soap for shower, not a USB or USB-C port to be found, one waste basket on the whole apartment, and it took me 25 minutes to get into the place because of miscommunication on the part of the host.”
