“I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known the kitchen was under renovation and no breakfast was being serviced. As a traveler, this was very important in my choice. The customer service person was very nice and apologetic but it was too late at that point. My room was already paid for. Very disappointing. The pool area was at capacity. It’s way too small for the size of the hotel.
I also did not feel safe. Multiple people were sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Throughout the……

“Have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience. Would never stay here again nor recommend. The room next to us had a barking dog… think they moved them?.. NO. The rooftop pool is amazing in theory. Completely understand they allow pool passes. But on the 4th of July, should be suspended. 97% of seating was taken by non staying guests. Kids (little as 3y) in the hot tub do you know that was all peed in. The pool, kids doing cannon bombs off the side splashing……
