Had a wonderful stay, close and easy drive to water park, zoo, and aquarium. Not far to Top Golf. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. Will stay here again.

The property is very nice and the rooms well kept. My only complaint and it wasn’t the hotels fault but they handled it very well. I was awoken by my neighbors fighting, I called the front desk to make a note and they quickly responded and followed up with the disturbance. Mind you this happened at 3 am. It was a very nice breakfast in the morning as well.

The location was convenient. The room was not very clean. The bathroom floor and rim of the tub had due marks. The headboard had substances on it. I was disappointed.

Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast each morning was great, and was different the two days we stayed. Very nice staff members. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We were here for 3 day and had hot water for only one day. Never had house keeping when asked they said they would have been there but we could leave the garbage and towels out in the hall and they would pick it up. Not totally impressed

I was a little disappointed due to the lack of pamphlets in the room about anything around the hotel of interest or the surrounding area. They advertise free newspaper but come to find out, they no longer get the paper. Also there were no pamphets in the lobby to let you know about anything to do with activities in the area, restaurants in the area, anything about the surrounding area. Poor advertisement! Continental breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly, room was clean. No tv guide to tell you about channels and no guide on tv.

The property was like any other Hampton inn. However, the girl at the front desk -- Tina was over and above spectacular. Every time we saw her, she was smiling and very friendly.She was also wonderful to my little daughter. Tina is a keeper. She made our experience that much better

The pool was empty. I guess they were in the process of repairing and about to refill it, but we chose the hotel with intentions of swimming. Also, when our door was closed, there was about a 3 mm gap around the edge of the door, the entire way around the door. It made me very uncomfortable.
