“It was a all around great place”

“Clean, quiet, and with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in ages, Hyatt Place is an excellent choice for the budget traveler, and for anyone who (as in our case) seeks an affordable spot without the need of an on-site restaurant. Morning breakfast is complimentary; it offered a wide range of tasty options, along with friendly “Good morning”s from the staff.”

“The room we got in had 2 towels, no tissues, many things were broken. The beds were clean and made but floors were dirty. Went down and asked for towels several times and they said thwy were behind on laundry. Room was moist feeling. Ice machine leaked all over the floor outside of the room. Toilet didnt stop running and was backed up many times. The pool was small and over crowded. Half of the water got pushed out and they shut it down for a whole day. Left earlier than expected terrible……

“For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ……
