The hotel was fine and the room was good the only problem was the bistro they have downstairs. They weren’t able to make anything we ordered and then we got drinks. I got a mojito and I don’t think the guy knew how to make it because there was no mint and then he put kale in it which was a weird choice. Ended up spending 30 dollars for a salad you could get at Walmart and two not good drinks.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. The room didn’t have a blow dryer and housekeeping got us one immediately, we couldn’t find an ice machine and the kitchen filled our cooler with ice. I did notice I could hear everything from the halls and the last day our sink didn’t drain but no complaints other than that, good stay.

This was the third different hotel we have stayed at in this location, and this, by far, was the BEST! Definitely the cleanest and most friendly staff who were very attentive to any requests! The property was in great condition. Only negative was no coffee in the lobby, but they supplied unlimited packs of coffee for the room coffee maker.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom sink was badly cracked in an almost complete circle halfway up the bowl and there was no coffee maker in the room. There was also a lot of dirt in the corners of the bathroom and the balcony floor had lots of dead leaves on the floor. It's a shame because, otherwise, it was a very nice room. I guess the most concerning thing was that I booked the room for two nights online and was charged a different price (MORE) when we checked in than what was listed online and what my reservation said. AND, yes, the online reservation included all taxes and fees. Then when we got to the room, there was an lower price of $179 for a King bed listed on the door. When I asked about it I was told "Sorry, we've just recently changed management and that price is unfortunately wrong" I think by law you can't change prices on a reservation and if you have a sign quoting a lower price than what you are charging you have to honor the lower price. I like the hotel and I would like to stay again, but you really have to get some basic issues changed
