“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath……

We left a message several times and was never contacted with instructions. After 1-1/2 hours of sitting around waiting, I finally called VRBO help desk and they were able to retrieve our check-in information and relay it to us so we could finally get in to the unit. I should have called them immediately! (Now I know!!) Apparently, the information does not come……
