“An excellent property, very homely, cosy and welcoming. Would definitely return. Found laundry basket, spare mattress covers and oven gloves in main bedroom. Not a great problem at all, but think these items were inadvertently left at the changeover clean. But this is not an important criticism - the property was wonderful.”

“The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. "Location is good. The checking process was not good. People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China. On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But they even didn't empty the trash bin and the old towels were still there. "
