The hotel smelled like pot! Carpet was raveling and very stained. The room smelled horrible. Bathroom sink could not run cold and hot at the same time and very very poor water pressure. The duvet was dirty. When we asked for towels because we thought we did not have any but it actually had towels that was paper thin, the size of a shower mat and very very rough. The electric sockets was so loose that you couldn’t charge your devices. I had an another stay there and it was canceled very very promptly!! I always knew what you get paid for but you get way less than you pay for at this hotel. Oh and there was numerous leaks from the ceiling and had buckets everywhere. There was kids (8-10 yrs old) running up and down the halls screaming until after 11pm without adult supervision. There was numerous people just hanging out by the cars smoking weed. Horrible experience!!!! Beware pay a little more and stay somewhere else!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the indoor water park. They couldn’t get enough of it. We spend some time at the Laguna and loved it as well, but with the weather being so hot, we enjoyed the indoor better. Our room was very clean throughout our stay by the staff. The patio facing the Laguna made our stay very memorable. We sat there with the kids at night and enjoyed the beautiful view of the Laguna. We’re definitely going back.
