Fab location but terribly basic facilities. Filthy carpets and bathroom floor, smelly corridors. Dogs barking in rooms around us. Not a lot of sleep sadly..

Staff were very helpfull and friendly, rooms very basic but clean. We were on the ground floor and it stunk of weed in the corridor so much so it was coming through into our room which wasnt pleasant.

Nothing unique. Carpets were very dirty. Clean bathroom and bed linen. Only arrived at 11:30pm and checked out 9am so as a place to sleep fine but won’t go again

It’s fine; a bit tired and a bit bare, the carpet was basically ready for retirement and a bit smelly, but bed was fine and noise not too bad. Shower fine and decent shampoo / body wash.

great place as a stopover
We stayed as a stopover whilst travelling home from the Scottish Highlands. the hotel was perfectly situated for a short trip to Blackpool, (15 mins away). the hotel was good except the Rooms and the corridors had a stale Smell

The room was dirty, the carpet was really dirty and had not been hoovered, the room is in need of refurbishment it was shabby and there was mould in the sink plug and pink mould in shower. Dining offer was only pizza

Room 101, Very poor room very basic , lights did not work no towels , no phone to get in touch with reception , massive hole in wall , bed lights not working , no additional pillows . If we were not so tired i would of left . Charge for dogs not seen anywhere on site or website but charged £20

Broken sofa bed
I had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights as the provided sofa bed was badly bended at the foot resting area. A complaint was put forward as soon as it was noticed, but no actions were taken until we checked out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Arrived to check in at 2pm, as per written instructions. Was told that was a mistake…it’s 3pm, and “we don’t have any rooms ready”. He said we should contact Expedia and tell them they are wrong about check in time! Anyway, he begrudgingly found us a room…with the most disgusting view from the window …how he must have laughed to himself that he’d stuck us in the sh**iest room they had. Never will use Ibis again!

Reception was friendly and efficient. Room was good size and comfortable. Bed also comfortable. But disturbing traffic noise in the night, being close to Motorway. Toilet flush defective. Stayed there number of times and shall return.
