I booked two connecting family rooms. Whilst the rooms were clean and nice, we saw an insect crawling on the floor. Also, the bathrooms were quite cramped, especially if one was 6 ft tall. My initial impression of the bathroom was good, but I found it to be too small when I actually used it.

There was no plug sockets near the beds and the sheets and everything were dirty and smelly and the toilet was just absolutely disgusting. Everything was sticky and dirty and we hated staying there and staying at the hotel made us even more dirty but the bathtub was so disgusting that it wasn’t a place we wanted to shower in

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good.
