Our family of five enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We were impressed that the AC was able to keep the house cool during a record setting heat wave. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds are comfortable and there was an ample supply of hot water. We parked off-street in the driveway and settled some long-standing family disagreements on the basketball court. The home is located in an area close to shopping and restaurants - most within easy walking distance. This was our first trip to Princeton, and we hope this home is available should we return.

Wonderful Older Home
This is an older house, so it's got its quirks, but it's a wonderful, welcoming property. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the yard was beautiful. We had nominal issues with the yard - all the holes under the fence were sealed with blocks or bricks, but tiny digs inclined to dig need some supervision to prevent new ones. There was also a rabbit nest that we didn't want our dogs to disturb, but that's a 2-3 week issue, not permanent. We struggled with 4 people to one bathroom, but it has been recently remodeled and is very nice. I was a little worried about the water pressure and hot water volume in an older house, but NO problems there. The heat distribution is also a little tricky, as expected in older homes. We were there in chilly weather, and found if the downstairs was comfortable, upstairs was too warm. We simply turned the heat down not long before we wanted to go to bed, and all was well. Great option!

A handrail is needed for the outside steps. The woodwork in the house is beautiful. The house was very clean.

Family gathering
The yard is large and fenced in. There is plenty of room for all our family to be comfortable. Not only the number of bedrooms but also room to be together in the living room and dining room. This property worked out well for our family.
