“Restaurants very close. We walked. Room is great for 2 people. 2 kids could sleep on the pullout couch. Appreciated the smart tv. There is a hair dryer . No laundry. Base camp is a good name for it. A place to flop after a day outside. Nice mattress. Beautiful murals on doors. I felt safe as it was right next to a bank and I noticed a police car in adjacent parking lot. ”

“The Pondside Lodge was a splendid place to stay for our trip to South Dakota! The lodge is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The living room picture window looks out over the pond and the Needles are clearly visible in the distance. It is a very relaxing location - quiet and lovely.
