Cancelled our reservation day of stay “cancelled per my request” even though I said we did not cancel. The man at counter rebooked us at full rate. When we went back to check in to room, room was already occupied by other people. The lady working did get a refund but they ruined the weekend plans as all other facilities were booked. Felt like they scammed us by cancelling our Expedia rate and making us rebook at full rate. Would not recommend

The only thing good was the location to everything on main st. The staff when we checked it was horrible. Not friendly and even rude. They will allow pets but no place to bathroom your pets. The room had barely enough room to walk around the queen bed. The window opened into a stair well. Don’t stay in room #113. Right next to vending and ice machine. People using it at all hours.
