Everyone was very pleasant and friendly - except for one person In the morning, neither coffee machine was working. That wasn't the problem. Things break. The problem is what happend next. I asked the woman that was taking care of the breakfast area if she could fix the machines. She didn't respond to me whatsoever, and all she did was to scowl, turn her back on me and walk away. Later, I tried again to get coffee, and the woman in line in front of me mentioned it to the woman. She just barked "It's working" and walked away. It definitely was not working, since it was filling the cup with a half cup of coffee and spraying the rest of the water on the counter that the machines were sitting on. I honbestly believe she may be one of the rudest people I've ever had any contact with, and I do not believe that woman should have a job where she interacts with the public.
