The room was clean and quiet and we loved the breakfast. Honestly the breakfast was better than the sit down meal we had in town. We also loved the fact it began at 6:30 because we began our day early. Coffee and tea available 24/7.

We had a first floor room and it was very accessible and comfortable. The kids loved the pool both nights we were there. We also liked how you could get a coffee at any time of the day in the lobby. Continental breakfast was great and the selection made the entire family happy. The location of the hotel was great and easy to get to and from what we were needing to do.

We had a spacious room with a balcony. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the round-the-clock coffee. Close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Jewel Cave, among other Black Hills sites.

We frequent Custer, and began staying here last year since they are now open year round. Not all are in a tourist town. The staff is very nice, rooms are beautiful and clean and the breakfast is good as well. We love this hotel and can't imagine staying elsewhere when we're in town. Nice job to management and their team
