“Very cute and clean hotel. There is a wonderful restaurant just downstairs, perfect location to walk all around town. The size of the room was perfect, with enough room for 2 luggages. Room was well prepared with anything we may need. Coffee and water dispenser provided. Would recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense.”

“Wow! What a fabulous experience. Our host, Marili was so amazing! Her communication was spot on. She was so friendly from our first interaction and continued through our last. She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. The bed was so comfortable as we navigated the……

“住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。”

“We loved our experience. The owners are a couple who live across the hall so they are very accessible if you have any questions. The apartment is spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works very well! Of note, we stayed in the suite and there was a washer which I don’t remember seeing in the description - a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking, as well aa olive oil, salt and pepper. I am not sure if this is always the case but we were happy to have them.……

“Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.”
