“Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...

Even though the way to the cabin is a single lane dirt/gravel road it was well worth it for the seclusion and view! Looking forward to our next visit.”

“We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for a small family. Had the camping feel but with all the amenities. It was clean and everything worked! Loved being right on the water and had river access! Definitely going to go back.”

“We had an excellent time at this beautiful property, the ride down to the lake was very exciting on the ATV, but I would say it would be an arduous walk downhill that you need to be aware of as well as there is a small foot path that my child did fall down a couple of times, so you would need to be in good shape definitely not for someone who was elderly or out of shape. The views are incredible and the lake and waterslide are beautiful and amazing. We would definitely come back.”

“We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread...

“The outside of the property was grown up and needed cutting. The railing on the steps was loose. Thankfully it was only a few steps. The back deck was nice in that it overlooked the river, but the flooring was very dirty, and there were spiderwebs and such everywhere. Weeds growing through railing and we kept waiting for wildlife (not the cute cuddly kind) to join us when we were sitting out there.The inside was okay mostly.
