Nothing major just many light bulbs out, shower faucet is tricky, all pool sticks were broken in some way, ceiling fan in living room didn't work, and some railings outside only had one nail securing them. The deck faces east so you get the sunrise over the mountatins. The fire pit and hot tub are just icing on the cake and the pool table downstairs is great. “Never received directions to cabin. Cabin is not on road as address states. Is on side street. Remote for tv broken, not batteries. Grill is type you find at picnic spots. Needs upgrade. Aside from those issues, had no complaints. Did not try hot tub.”
