We had bookings but when we turned up there to check in we were not allowed to enter the site as the owner of the condo did not inform the security that we have a booking. Very disappointing and of course we had no energy to argue as we just got off the very long flight. We just wanted to rest and ended up staying at another condo. I personally think this people just take the money but not interested in letting people stay.
