Its stylish décor and furnishings, inviting garden, and peaceful surrounding make this villa ideal for families or groups of friends looking for that relaxing and restful holiday. As you enter this elegant villa, you will find the open-plan ground floor, kitchen/dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, and widescreen TV with Satellite, as well as large patio doors that lead out to the garden and pool, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and is complete with a breakfast bar that has seating for 4 people. There is a WC on this floor Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed, balcony and allocated workspace with a desk, perfect for those working remotely. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single bds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets The main bathroom features a shower and WC The private and attractive garden is complete with a grass area with sunloungers, seating area with outside sofas and coffee table, private pool with Roman Steps leading into it, and a large shaded outside dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people, worktop with sink, and gas barbecue, ideal for entertaining and some al fresco dining.
