Clean with all the basic amenities. Their room TV service is not subscribed to any children’s channels. Continental breakfast only. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

We were only there for a brief overnight stay . The room was very clean, the staff was great. The only negative was the breakfast. They offered apples, oranges, toast and very little else. The town itself has nowhere to go for breakfast except the A&W. the full service restaurant at the Greenhead doesn’t open until 11:00.

Hi Sharon, glad you had a great time and sorry that you found our breakfast lacking. For future visit's I'd like to mention we also have oatmeal packs, bagels (cinamon, everything seeded, and blueberry), 3-4 types of cereal including honey nut, fruit loops, and some manner of corn such as special k, wheaties, or raisin bran. There is also apple/orange juice and milk in the fridge.I personally find myself picking up an uncle burger at 6 a.m., at the aforementioned a&w, far more often than I should.Hope you have a great winter, and we look forward to seeing you again sometime soon.

I liked that the tvs have way more channels than a hotel normally would, & having a Keurig compatible machine in the room was great. Price was very reasonable. Housekeeping was great - very friendly & accommodating. Some of the front desk staff were helpful. One lady at the desk seemed to not know anything about the hotel or be able to help with any simple requests (more coffee for the room, garbage bags etc. just sat there with a confused look on her face). I dealt with her a few times & it was a bit frustrating. Laundry machines were quite expensive & I had to come back to the desk twice for change because she told it me was $2.75 (it was $3.25). I exchanged bills for coins with her & she gave me coins the machines don’t even accept (toonies) & when I told her I needed enough for 2 loads she didn’t give me enough for that, even at $2.75/load lol. I stayed for 4 nights & the parking lot was a sheet of ice the whole time: nobody bothered to even put down salt. Love that they are a pet friendly hotel, but I fell hard, twice just trying to take my dog for a walk. Breakfast was not anything special - they’d be better off to just not advertise continental breakfast & not serve anything lol
