Casa Med is equipped with WiFi. An onsite golf cart (seats 6) is also available for rent.

A portable crib, high chair and stroller are available for use. This is an excellent property for the whole family. We've got all you need!

We are in a gated community within one hour of Cancun airport and can help you arrange airport transportation. We are a ten minute walk (or 3 minute golf cart ride) to sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment, ATM, fitness center, pharmacy, shopping and more.

What do I need to know about COVID testing and traveling to Mexico?

At this time there are no COVID tests needed to enter into Mexico or to return to the United States. Please check your home country's requirements as this can change.

The reviews say you have a membership to the Omni Hotel, is that true?

The Omni Hotel in Puerto Aventuras was bought out by the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club and they no longer offer the same kind of memberships they once had when owned by the Omni.

Is cleaning included in the fee?

Our maid service comes prior to your visit to ensure the home is cleaned from top to bottom! Then she will clean after your departure.

How do I get around Puerto Aventuras?

The marina where all the shops and restaurants are is only a 10-15 minute walk from the house! We also have 5 bikes for exploring as well as a 6 seat golf cart available for rent for the week.

Do you have a hot tub?

Technically yes we do but unfortunately it is often in and out of maintenance issues. If it's working during your stay, wonderful, but we are not listing it as an amenity at this time.
