We now have two family-owned and operated condos in Princesa. E501 is a three-bedroom penthouse located in the same building and has received over 160 five-star reviews.

Our condo is in Building E. It's the closest building to the Ocean. You'll be right on the beach, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The pool and beach photos are the real deal -- they show the breathtaking views you'll experience during your stay. And guess what? Our condo just had a complete remodel. We've maintained the Princesa Resort's rustic charm while adding modern conveniences for your enjoyment. We've upgraded everything! Free high-speed Wi-Fi, USB charging ports in every room, HD TVs, DirecTV with Netflix, a Bluetooth Stereo system, and even keyless entry!

Perfect condo
We have stayed in Rocky Point for many years and have stayed in just about ever resort. We have always loved the Princessa for location and amenities. Scott's condo has by far been the best!!! Location/access to beach was perfect and the condo was nicely upgraded with everything you would need. Only one down fall was not being able to enjoy the beautiful condo in the afternoon due to lack of shade, but those sunsets were amazing. We would?will be staying here again!!

Best condo we’ve stayed at in a while! Nicely upgraded and very comfortable. Condo was very quiet, A/C is upgraded and works well. Unit is right next to the pool with the swim up bar and has close beach access. Will be staying in this unit gain!

This was our first time in Rocky Point and the fact that we chose this condo was the perfect combination! The location was just awesome! All we had to do was just walk to the beach. We defineltely recommend this beautiful clean condo!

My husband, 3 boys and I stayed here and it was perfect. It was really nice being so close to the pool on the ground level. Ive been to Rocky Point 5+ times and this is my favorite place we've stayed. Perfect location. Check in/out was really simple. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location
We have stayed here at this resort multiple times but this has been the nicest room we’ve stayed in. It was so nice, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect! You have a beautiful view to the beach and the pool. We had our grandma staying here and it was great for her too as she didn’t need to go up and down any stairs. The owner was super nice and very responsive through the entire stay. We will absolutely be renting here again. Highly recommend this room!
