Hi Laurie,We are sorry you feel this way. The hot water was immediately fixed by front agent Ricardo since you turned the knob the opposite direction. Housekeeping does not enter rooms when a ""Do Not Disturb" sign is placed on the door and was cleaned immediately on the third day when you decided to remove it. We are sorry about street noise but it is a tourist area in downtown Condado, so you can expect to hear some people in the area outside the hotel especially on weekends until at least 10pm. Hi Mackenzie,We are sorry you feel this way. The property as well as rooms are cleaned and inspected. You gave no complaints in two days while passing multiple times by the front desk and being asked how was your stay. We would like to have known what was awkward about our very simple and quick check-in process. Also we have soothing jazz instrumental music at the front desk although at times we do have multiple guests arrive at the same time, who at at times may be excited to be on vacation. As stated at check-in, each key is individually made to open only your room but additionally all common area doors, which is why you sign the Registration Card stating you understand that there is a 150.00 charge for a lost key.
