My boyfriend and I have stayed at both hotels now and they're nice but they need updating. The staff was very helpful. I think that maybe housekeeping in the rooms should be done on a daily basis because of the tile floors get sandy and when you walk on the floor and it gets in the bed. I put a towel on the floor by the bed so I wouldn't get the sand on the sheets.

This was a nice stay and the property was a unique and pretty Spanish style!! I stayed in a standard room and it was comfortable. They also had a pool and towels available to check out and take to the beach that was a minute walk away! It was so nice having the beach so close! The customer service was great and they even sent an email with recommendations of local spots to visit and eat at. Ubers were also all over the area and the Uber ride to Old San Juan was about 10-15 minutes so it was very close to the area of the hotel.

This is a great stay for our trip. Very walkable, close to everything from shopping to food to a block away from the beach. The place is beautiful and the staff was very attentive. We had an early flight and they let us leave our luggage with them while we went to the beach to wait for check-in. Even provided us with beach towels, which you have to check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin… We checked in perfectly fine walked up to our room the hotel is apartment styled almost and very cute and vintage. But let me just say this , looks are deceiving. We booked the room with double beds since there were three of us, we had a fridge and microwave(which was dirty) and a bathroom with a standing shower. Now these are just details, keep in mind we checked in during the day , went out and came back at night time around 12am ish , we showered and as anyone would do we went to bed… only to be waken up by our friend complaining of itchiness which shouldn’t be alarming since we are in PR which will have mosquitoes but anyway we turned the light on and found BED BUGS 2 TO BE EXACT. Causing us all to become alarmed so we striped the other bed finding MORE bugs. We went through the whole night staying up trying to find another place to stay because now our claims of the hotel room being dirty had just been confirmed and we no longer wished to stay there for the remainder of our trip. During the night we went to the front desk to find help and no one was there we had to call and a man from their neighboring hotel had to come and he told us he couldn’t do much either. In the morning we had found a new place and planned to leave right when we were able to check in but we were left a message explaining that we were to leave immediately or else we wouldn’t be able to collect a full refund. It felt like we were getting kicked out staff were extremely rude(cont.)

I e been staying here for over 30 years my only complaint is that every year before n ever since my wife died from cancer n last year im here on her birthday same time I’ve always traveled n I fly in on June 13 n her birthday is the 15th n last year being their on the 15th on the 19th my younger brother was murdered n my bookings was till June 29th n i had to leave the 21th n I spoke to manager n supervisor n that they were going to give me credit n I spoke to Expedia n corporate for wind chimes they said they do not give credit since i lost a week over a family emergency in which they did not care n here I am this year with family i booked 4 room family n friends still give a 5 star review but corporate don’t care but i still support
