“If being on the beach is your number one priority, this is your place. The view and proximity to the sand can’t be beat. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of friendly families and on a nice night everyone is on the beach. It’s not really a swimming beach in the winter but you can dip in the tide pools, surf, and it’s great to sit and enjoy the sunset. We used the grill on the back patio most nights but the kitchen was fully equipped too. Brian was very communicative and friendly.……
