"Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. I checked with the property manager prior to going and was told it had been fixed, it had not been fixed and they were not honest with us about it. "On the positive side, The place is big, comfy beds, close to restaurants, grocery and a 1 mins walk to the beach. The second and third bedroom have no dressers and no place for luggage. You are living out of your suitcase. There where no forks, broken coffee machine no hand towel or tea towels, but they quickly corrected these issues. The bathroom was not cleaned before we arrive and there was mold on the walls and ceiling. They did slap some paint on the walls on one of our excursion days. One...
