beautiful property but location was not convenient
The property is beautiful; all units have a balcony facing the ocean. Wonderful to hear the waves and sit on the balcony is the morning and evening, The pools were very nice and the water temperature was good. The unit was well equipped and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Staff was pleasant. I did have some trouble using the What’s App to get ahold of the staff. Email seemed to work better. Just a couple comments. It would have been nice to have at least a bar on the property. Maybe even a restaurant. It was too far for us to walk to a restaurant or bar, we spent a lot of money on taxis. Instructions in our room were all in Spanish. We had no idea what they said. Since many of your renters are American or Canadian, they should also be in English. We had instructions on how to get into the unit using the door lock however we weren’t advised about all numbers not appearing and what to do then. I noticed that many of the guests here were older but neither our bathroom or the pool had any handrails. Also, there were no instructions on what to do with the trash or how to get water.

Great getaway
Awesome place. Was clean and secure. Listened to the waves falling asleep. Groceries were 5 min walk and downtown was 30 min walk. Going back foreshore.
