The staff truly made this stay special for our family. From the moment we arrived, they were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt personal, and they were always quick to help with anything we needed. Traveling with family can come with its challenges, but their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel easy and comfortable. Hector was our very first interaction, and he set the tone right away. He connected instantly with my wife through her Puerto Rican roots, while also making me feel just as welcomed and included. It created this perfect balance where she felt right at home and I felt like I was getting an authentic, fun introduction to the culture. He brought a great sense of humor and personality that left us with a few moments and phrases we’ll definitely be bringing home with us. They also gave us a perfect recommendation for a spot to eat in Old San Juan that ended up being one of our favorite experiences, and we loved being able to enjoy the steakhouse just a few floors above our room. Those little touches made a big difference. We’re very grateful for the experience they created for us and would absolutely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful surroundings and being close to local attractions. Would have appreciated the full details of all the flights of stairs and no handicap options to get to our room. We would stay again if it weren't for the stairs.

This property was everything we had hoped for and more. It is nestled on a hilltop with gorgeous views of the ocean and is immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable and the space was equipped with everything you could need and if you do need something extra, the owner was super communicative, helpful and easy to reach Check in & out instructions were easy and clear. The property was super secure and safe which is huge. My security system- electrician husband is always critiquing spaces and he was impressed/pleased! No corners cut here. The outdoor patio and pool is the perfect space and private. We will be coming back and spending much more time. Rincon and so much more is not far away, we enjoyed being off the beaten path and secluded. There is an ice machine nearby which was super helpful and nice to have. There is beautiful outside space with seating for relaxing and very cool lighting. It is the perfect space especially if you are looking for a romantic getaway. I am not a big time reviewer, I often forget to comment but this property and it's owners deserve it! This was our first time to Puerto Rico but will not be our last. We stayed at 3 different properties total, as we explored several different areas of the island and we wish we had booked this space the entire time. I did a ton of research and this listing was accurate and modest in it's description, we could not have been more pleased. Thanks for a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Good location, quite and ocean front

From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around the corner had a pool available for our use. We did visit the bar and had some of the best drinks, with and without alcohol. It was a very chic vibe. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. I would recommend staying here.
