No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me ...
