Bad experience

Hotel no electricity, no water,got sick, couldn't go to my last tour and did not got reemburse,Expedia representative didn't care on working with us. Room w smell with pesteside,I complained and the move us to another room.that was my experience at this place.p

Tenia grandes expectativas en esta cadena como una de las Top. Despues de mi estancia, toda correcta, sin duda, pienso que por las circunstancias q sean, es un hotel como otro mas de los muchos hoteles tipo resort q hay en la isla. Mis esoectativas totalmente a nivel 0

I love it. Excellent from A to Z

Pros: Location, pool, beach, food, beautiful.
Cons: It is great I do not change anything
Location: I took a tour to the island of saona. However I found too short the stay. The food was terrible.
I do not have any complain. Everything was perfect.

Nice hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, the room, the buffet.
Cons: Increasing the free WiFi time and access zones.
Location: No experience at all on this theme.
Even if I stayed there for working at a nearby industry, not on vacation, I enjoyed the facilities, the food and the superb attention of the staff during the time I spent in the hotel.

Got Lice

I am not very demanding person, but the hotel is nice but somethings needs a lot of improvement. AC-could not be regulated in the room, so if we kept on we would be freezing by 2 am Food- not typical, beautiful presentation but very blend taste. Not many options as well, felt like everyday was the same food and I after the 5th day, I was glad I was leaving on day 7- and I'm not that picky with food. Lice- in the sixth day in the hotel I found live on my kids hair as well as mine. The staff said I could have gotten from anyone, and nobody offered me help to get a shampoo to kill the parasites. When I asked for help, they took three hours to bring me a comb (which should be there already) and they said I had to go to the town for the pharmacy with a cab that would charge me US$35. They were not concern whatsoever with an infestation in their premises. On the flip side, the staff from the kitchen were very helpful in getting me vinager and butter for immediate treatment. Beach- was not clear water, but it was calm and not rocky as we encounter on the other beaches No mosquitos- big plus, we have been to several places on the Caribbean were I can't stand to go back because of the amount of bittes I got. Children facilities- playroom- inexistent Staff in general was very friendly Location was great: we got several places in only 7 days, since we rented a car and everything was close. I will definitely go back to the country, not to that particular resort.

Nice but

Nice facilities and beautiful grounds but the service staff needs training to provide a consistent pleasant service. Especially bar tenders and restaurant servers. Lobby only wifi of 1 HR/ day it's terrible and you can never connect unless you ask reception for help. Never mind that wifi should be included with room price by just charging a few dollars more per night instead of proving only the option of very expensive wifi programs. We are in 21st century and this resort is not. The bedrooms we got had been recently repainted and the paint odors were still lingering, not nice. Did not replenish shower gels and other toiletries as they were consumed, did not have diet soda in bedroom refrigerator and although upon request we got some the first night, it was not restock. Also turning off the whole of reception/lounge area at 11:00 pm was very uninviting and force guest to either go to disco or to their rooms. Smoking allowed in all public areas except disco it's terri le for the majority of people that don't smoke. They should have designated smoking areas. Food was very good and rooms are spacious. Spa experience was great and facilities beautiful. Great gardens and landscaping.

The only part is the beach, not as nice as other, but water is calm and relaxing

Rooms need to get renovated especially the bath rooms had black mold.

expeiencia inolvidable

El hotel es precioso la la piscina fabulosa divertidisimo no hay un momento del dia que no tengan actividades ellos se aseguran de que pases las mejores vacasiones de tu vida y te hacen sentir como una Reyna con todas las atenciones desde el equipo de animation Genesis, Roberto.. y todos los demas. Los muchachos del buffet Yeremy, Juan y todos todos todooos..... son super carismaticos... OMG. regresare pronto no puedo esperar los extrano a todos....
