Purtroppo abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per pochissime ore: il nostro volo è arrivato con estremo ritardo e la mattina successiva dovevamo ripartire presto. Quando siamo arrivati in camera siamo rimasti letteralmente a bocca aperta! La camera era arredata in maniera "rustica" ma lussuosa. Era enorme, oltre al letto comodissimo (in cui abbiamo dormito divinamente), c'era anche un divano, una scrivania e un armadio a muro. Anche il bagno era grandissimo: due lavandini, vasca, doccia enorme e wc separato. Ci è veramente dispiaciuto non poter godere di più della camera. Sicuramente un posto che consiglieremo e che prenoteremo nuovamente se dovessimo tornare in zona!

Great hotel

Would not recommend Be Live Experience. The location right on the beach was very convenient. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The problems started the moment we arrived. We were told we had supposedly booked the “wrong” room and that unless we paid an additional fee, they would cancel our reservation that same day and leave us without accommodations. We were traveling internationally with an infant, so the way this was handled was incredibly stressful. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The AC did not work properly, the floors and hallways were filthy, and the air vents were disgusting and covered in dark buildup. I’ve included photos because they speak for themselves. Breakfast was also frustrating. They would start shutting everything down around 40 minutes before the advertised closing time and were rude to guests who were still trying to eat. They also require a €10 deposit for beach towels PLUS €5 per towel, and the towels were incredibly thin and poor quality. Mallorca was amazing, but this hotel was easily the worst part of our trip. Between the cleanliness, broken AC, extra charges, and terrible customer service, I would absolutely not stay here again—especially with children.

Great location. Amazing staff; all of them so helpful and charming. Good food, great roof terrace. Gym a bit small. Excellent place to stay

The casita was beautiful designed and we felt at home. The shower was not sunk enough into the floor and flooded the bedroom. Also, the blinds in the living room did not fully cover the windows, leaving gaps between each set of blinds
