Our stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of exceptional. This resort strikes the perfect balance between quaint charm and luxurious comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. I would highly recommend Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined retreat.

I stayed at Gili Air Escape for almost 2 weeks. The staff is fantastic and the bungalows are nice. Loved the location - close to the beach and great eateries including Pachamama, Gili Coffee Roasters, Keisha (sushi), and very walkable or bikeable to the main street. The pool and facilities are wonderful and overall, it pretty quiet - you will hear the nearby mosque starting around 4:30am and of course, roosters, but I just had headphones so I honestly didn’t care. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the towels, mainly the pool/beach towels - they are quite small. I would definitely recommend and stay at Gili Air Escape again in the future!

Clean hotel, staff super friendly and very attentive. Hotel has surprises during the day. However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it.
