"After an initial mix up with the lock box, we entered a beautiful yet simple home which was perfect for our family of four. The kids had a bedroom each, ours was down the other end of the house with an ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed you to be part of the main house goings-on due to it's location. We really loved staying at Ruru. During the 3 minute walk to the beach, we made friends with some local horses who loved a good scratch on the neck. These became quite a highlight...

"The place was clean and tidy, well set up for a large group. Sadly my Dad and I arrived late at night so didn’t get to really experience the property much but I could imagine it being a wonderful escape for a big family or group of friends to enjoy. "Lovely B&B, the hostess is very nice and welcoming, brought us to the B&B itself, explained everything about the place to us. The B&B itself was a large, well-equipped apartment, clean, with everything you need for a few days' stay. The surrounding yard was wonderful, there is an outdoor bath in the yard. In the summer it is great to take a bath in it. A seating area in the grass above a small stream. Barbecue. We loved the place very much!"
