"I was ripped off. I showed up and was told there wasn't a room for me. Expedia was unable to get in touch with the owner, and the owner told me he was unable to get in touch with OYO to notify them. I don't know whether it was a mistake on the part of the property, OYO, or Expedia, and frankly I don't care. "Everything was great. The Mall was around a 10 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more western dish accommodations, but that is typical for most Indonesian Hotels. My only dislike, the room was not provided with a hand towel. Just a floor towel and two bath towels."
