"The room was immaculate. Very clean but dated. as others have written. It was difficult to find staff on-site but they always responded very quickly to a phone call. Mark was out there cleaning up the parking lot right after a pretty good snowfall. He is a very pleasant guy. About the room: the floors were creaky, reminding me of the house where i grew up (just down the road, actually). The bathroom was very clean. Water pressure was good, and we never ran out of hot water. There was a weird ticking sound that seemed to come from the wall with the adjacent room. That was weird. The little coffee maker worked well enough, but we always liked to run up to the Sheetz in town. (Love the French Roast). The little refrigerator and microwave were convenient. I don't remember staying in a room with a microwave... Overall, our room was very clean, comfortable, in a convenient location to get around to all our local family, all with an acceptable price per night. "

"The pictures don't do this property justice. We have stayed all over the country and nothing compares to the hospitality, amenities, quality and beauty of this place. It is truly a destination in itself. It is family and pet friendly, and you have everything you could ever need all in the unit. Not only do the owners take impeccable care of the property and cleanliness is 10/10, but their attention to detail in the quailty of the set up, furniture and decor is VERY impressive. The are friendly, good people who love to share their oaisis of beauty with others. Whether youre into taking hikes and take a short walk down to their waterfall (which has picnic benches and a firepit) or park, or utilize their outlook to view the beautiful river, or want to stay close to home and party in the hottub, sing karaoke, cook a nice meal on the grill or use the full kitchen this place seriously has it all. We already booked our next stay and ive never written a nicer review. You will NOT be disappointed."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. It felt like we were home away from home to the point it was hard for us to leave. Everything from the amenities to how everything was laid out was excellent. Due to the winter-like weather, the cottage was much more cozy. Jennifer, our hostess was very helpful in assisting us with anything we needed as she responded promptly and with a pleasant attitude. This was one of our best cabin trips and would like to return in the spring. "
