"I texted when we landed at the airport and was told to go to a restaurant. There they told me our apartment had issues and we would be in hotel rooms. We needed the washing machine and kitchen though. We were never notified of this change until we actually arrived to check in. The rooms were nice so no complaints to with then but we would have preferred to stay in the place we rented. My daughter has many food allergies so I bring her food to prepare and was not able to prepare that food."

I recently stayed at villa permet which a 20 minute drive to the thermal baths. My mother and I were very very impressed and pleased with the villa, it was impeccably clean and beautifully done. Staff was wonderful, they even went out of their way when my mom forgot her bag and they had it delivered by bus to our next destination to saranda. With all its contents including my moms NY drivers license inside. Very trustworthy people including the bus driver

Oda e Gurit Boutique Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located in the Gorica neighborhood right near the bridge so it was an easy walk to restaurants. The property is very charming and well maintained. We had a lovely view from our room. The room had a refrigerator and a teapot. My only complaint was the placement of the air conditioner. It was located so that it was blowing right on my husband. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome. Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we...

We loved this property - the staff is attentive, breakfast was rich and you can also have breakfast in the nice garden, they have free parking. We booked a double room and the reception guy showed us the newly renovated section of the hotel which was recently built he said. The room had a huge and modern bathroom, the room was spacious and spotless. It is a great hotel and would definitely stay again. The only disadvantage was there were mosquitos in the rooms so make sure you bring a mosquito...
