Our room was very clean, with fresh linens and a pleasant scent. The staff ensured everything was in order, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was a welcoming space that felt like a home away from home. We booked our Ha long bay 2 day 1 night with Mrs. Ruby was excellent and great value. The scenic views and the friendly crew made the boat trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. Additionally, the local cuisine served onboard was delicious, offering a true taste of Vietnamese flavors. Overall, this trip was a perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and cultural immersion. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the welcome from the team was personal and lovely, especially as I was travelling solo. I stayed in an Old Quarter Suite and it was perfect. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter the rooms are bijoux but still lovely and my room was at the back so overlooked other buildings but this made it quiet at night. The pool area is tiny but fine for a quick cool off on a hot day. Breakfast is great. The massage at the spa one of the best I’ve ever had. All in all great value, good location and lovely team.
