Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University.

For the price this hotel ticked all my " need to save $ cause I'm footing the bill" boxes. It was far better to stay here and commute 40 mins daily to the event , then to pay super inflated hotel rates close to the event. To be up.front - this hotel had: - dated old heavy BUT functional furniture so there was lots of storage and hangers thank god ! - walls could use some paint . - breakfast had i think powered egg, but they actually tasted fine lol - room phone: not working so no wake up call BUT this hotel had : - lots of clean towels - room was tidy and clean and did not smell - provided an iron and board in the room - lots of parking - Super friendly staff - everyone was lovely. For three nights at : $ 52.00 a night with a breakfast and hot decent coffee and lots of breakfast choices, I would choose it agsin

"The room we stayed in was modern with a shower stall and it felt like staying in a higher end hotel overall. It's why I strongly favor Holiday Inn Express. This one was accommodating to my small dog who was traveling with us across the country. I wish all of their locations were the same way. I loved ..."

"The pool was "closed for maintenance". This has happened to us many times before in hotels run by people of a certain nationality. I believe it is their way to save money, and their pools are probably never open. Hotels.com should investigate it as false advertising."
