I recently stayed at this property, and while the hotel itself has a lot to offer, my experience was let down by a major gap in service. When I checked in, there wasn't an ironing board in my room. I requested one multiple times throughout my stay, but the request was never followed through. In a frustrating turn of events, someone finally dropped it off in my room right as I went downstairs to check out. Having access to basic amenities when you need them is essential for any traveler. The lack of responsiveness from the team was a significant inconvenience, and I hope management addresses this communication gap for future guests.

The Park Town hotel is attractive and well-run. Big advice: try hard to book a river view room. Not only is the view spectacular, but the opposite side view is distinctly meh; the back parking lot and the smoking area for the local pub. We enjoyed our stay and the view!
