“The rooms were really nice, the bathroom was nice and big. We were there on King’s Birthday, there were no staff for check in, but it was pretty straightforward to check in without them. We requested a late check out as we have a very young baby, and they accommodated us very well and also provided a cot for us for our stay. The only thing was our keys stoped working at normal checkout time, so it was lucky I was still in the room at this time. The tavern across from the lodge was very close……

“The bed was very u comfortable, the mattress springs were poking into the body on side of the bed. We had one night stay as a journey stopover for sleep, I could sleep at all. Also there were only 2 plate and 2 cups and we were 3 of us. ”

“We like motels because you can park out front of your room which this is and It was clean. I can only speak about our room for 2 people for 1 night. Our room needs a refurbishment badly, things were rusty and needs a paint. There was only 1 unplugged bedside lamp on 1 of the bedside tables BUT there was no power point behind any of the bedside tables OR bed to plug into and no extension lead to plug in anywhere else (solution, get rid of the 1 bedside lamp and have none there if you cannot……

“The room was exactly like the photos on the website. We had a view of the river, the bed and couch were comfortable, the shower and amenities were clean & worked well. Would recommend this Motel to anyone”

“Check-in took some time. The room facilities were new but smelled of renovation. The surrounding residents were talking loudly which affected the experience. Overall, I still recommend it.”

“The room was clean with a freshly renovated bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I was told in arrival there is music and a band playing over the weekend. So fore warned and all, I had no issues. Would stay again”
