"Grundsätzlich ist das Haus ganz schön. Unerfreulich war jedoch, das nach kompletter Bezahlung uns mitgeteilt worden ist, dass der Kamin nicht zu benutzen ist, dass es Zeiten für Warmwasser und auch für die Heizung gibt. Diese Zeitfenster mussten festgelegt werden, was mit zwölf Personen im ungeplanten Urlaubsmodus relativ schwierig ist. "Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....

"Great location. Our room despite being small had a great balcony with a phenomenal view. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. More variety than other 20 hotels we stayed at during this trip. The staff was very helpful. Only two negatives. The floors in our room were super squeaky. Every trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night would wake my wife up. Also, no elevator. You need to use the stairs for everything. The only hotel so far without an elevator. "
