Room was nice and clean. Hotel is extremely close to airport so you’re there in 3 minutes time. Restaurant Wingnutz had amazing wings and pizza. 10/10

I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.

Buffalo is a tired old city, with many remnants of its glorious industrial past decaying everywhere. This hotel, like all the other hotels in this city, has remnants of that past evident throughout. But the physical plant notwithstanding it does have some features to recommend it. There is a nice small gym and it's closer to restaurants and parking than many of the other hotels. My floor smelled strongly of cigarettes but not my room. The window in my room was cloudy with peeling weatherstripping. The staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. A Large screen TV was welcome.

A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.

Great ambience. Clean rooms … helpful staff. Beautiful room windows and rec areas including outdoor spaces. Will def stay again. The history is rich and plentiful too with a great spot just a block away for grabbing a bite to eat and / or a drink too!
