This place was great! The rooms are modest but I think that’s reflected in the price. Only a small desk and mini fridge in the room, but I didn’t need more than that. The bed is comfortable, the balcony is a nice touch, the connected properties have lots of amenities, the area has great dining and drink options, and best of all, the location is fantastic. 30 minute walk or 5 min drive to Old San Juan, 5 minutes drive into downtown, a good beach a 5-10 minute walk away.

The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and attentive. My only concern was the description was a bit misleading. My king suite did not have a lounge chair, coffee table or coffee maker as advertised. Also their "kitchenette" was an in room sink with a microwave and minifridge. The biggest drawbacm is the lack of a shower door. Its an open access to rest of the bathroom and often lead to water flooding the bathroom. With a few simple adjustments tbis place could really be an amzing stay as its location is so amazing and the staff are excellent

Everything very nice and clean. There is no permanent staff manning the front desk, but they are a call and a couple of minutes away. The area, Puerta de Tierra, is very safe and within walkable distance to El Viejo San Juan. Only complaint: at arriving, on Thursday, I let the front desk to know that it was my wife birthday the following Saturday, and ask for their help to prepare a small surprise for my wife (that I was going to pay for). The following day I was told that the owners, due to their religion, do not celebrate birthdays. I found that a weird reason. It is their religion, not mine, and I didn’t want them to celebrate anything, I was the one celebrating my wife birthday.
