The staff was superb! They were very friendly and helpful.
The property itself needs a deep cleaning and significant repairs. It looks and feels absolutely nothing like the photos on Expedia. We arrived expecting a charming, clean, four star boutique hotel as advertised, and instead found a grubby one or two star property… it was a very disappointing end to a great holiday.
Heads up: The noise from the bars and restaurants next to the hotel lasts well into the night — bring noise cancelling earplugs.

Beautiful views, clean room. Especially impressed with the breakfast and breakfast staff. Do not recommend the buffet dinner as value just isn’t there compared to the great breakfast, as there isn’t as much variety or even drinks included yet costs a lot. Dinner staff also seemed not interested. Wish we skipped that.

Our stay at the Pinnacle was excellent in just about every way. We were greeted by Kostas when we arrived and he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed, including a working kitchen, that we didn't use it. The place is located in a very central region of Athens, close to everything you would want to do. It was no trouble to walk to the Plaka area and to the Acropolis. There is a rooftop sitting area with an excellent view of the Acropolis. I believe that there is a bar up there that is open and other times, but we were there during February, off-season. An excellent breakfast was provided. I really can't think of anything to complain of.î⁷
