"Vickie is amazing, best I have ever worked with, she is a huge factor as to why I book the same house every year! Million dollar views from a small charming house….clean, relaxing, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great location to some great places to eat. I suggest you book sooner than later, just dont book my week please."

"We the best time enjoying the dock, kayaks and paddle board, the fire pit with s’mores, just being with family and having our pups with us. A fantastic trip for sure!!"
"We LOVED our stay and it was so relaxing. We traveled with an infant (5 months) and it went great. The Jacobs were so generous and offered us an early day check-in and late check-out free of charge. The sunrises were EXTRAORDINARY and the property is fully stacked with anything you need but might forget. Ex: we forgot our bug spray and found one on the property! The property is clean, kitchen fully functional and well stocked with cooking/serving wear. Freezer has an ice maker and that was great. Notes for future travelers:- The property is small, think trailer house. So if you have tall/large travelers, this might not be the place for you. My husband managed to be okay, but was not able to be in certain parts of the property."

"A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. "

"This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was so secluded! The views were amazing, the pool was perfect, and the house was clean and exactly as described. Lori was so sweet and was available for any questions! There are tons of games and outside things to do and we caught plenty of fish and crabs off the dock. The one day that was rainy we took a little trip to the compass complex to do a ropes course, arcade and wall climbing with the kids. There is also a movie theater there with deals on Tuesdays. I don’t recommend the restaurant there as the food was just ok. "
