"This is a very comfortable house that easily sleeps 10 without even using the couches. The beds are comfortable and the heating works great. The only shower is in an en suite bathroom, but this was very easy to negotiate. A property manager, Eva, was very quick to help with any questions. The location is also great. "Spacious, very clean apartment, in a lovely area. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Tromsø. Amazing views from the balcony from which we could see the Northern Lights. We were easily able to locate the apartments unlike some other reviewers. "

"We were lucky to get upgraded to a master suite which was very welcome. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone. The hotel is in a convenient place with pick up for Northern Lights tours just outside along with airport buses. Close to many restaurants and shops too. Decor is starting to be on the verge of a need of a refresh but still looks nice on the whole."
