Excellent staff. They were quick to check our room for any damage after the earthquake. Staff was friendly and adressed us by name. They were always willing to help and answer any question. The location is Excellent. Kind of tucked away so you dont hear the busy main street but close to walk to.

Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff . Villa was designed with good taste - nice bed/ large bathroom . Bamboo flooring. Resort was quiet and we were able to sleep well at night.

Positive aspects: - beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset - decent food options in the restaurant - easy check in Negatives: - no shampoo or soap and these were not delivered even after I’ve asked - bad insulation. I could hear people next room. - the pool opens only at 8 am. As someone who wakes up with sunrise I wish there was more flexibility - entering the sea from here is very rough. - I also had stains all over my bedding upon checking in and had to ask to have my bedding changed.

This was a nice hotel to relax with family on a day trip the only thing i was concern is during the recent earthquake in Butuan city the staff did not have coordination during that time we have to run down stairs & No staff notify us it was okay to go back to our room.
