Unique, stylish & memorable hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Clean and comfortable too. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

The staff were so helpful and kind! The hotel felt like an oasis!

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

It served its purpose, close to train and somewhere to slee0
